Returns for faulty or incorrect item:
You may kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (with the subject SR: Faulty/Incorrect Item) your ID number and image proof of the faulty/incorrect item and we’ll process your issue within 48 hours.
You may choose to get a brand new item or change to any item within the same amount of price.
Returns for size exchanges:
If a customer would like to make an exchange for the product size, you may kindly email us at email@example.com (with the subject SR: Exchange Inquiry) to check on the stock availability. The shipping cost back to us will be borne by the customers themselves. Please note that every customer can only exchange the item(s) within 7 business days from delivery date. We only accept unworn item(s) by customers.
The shipping fee for the redelivery of the corrected size will be waived (local customers only) but if customers wanted to make another exchanges (more than once), customers might have to make the payment for the redelivery-shipping fee.
Do note that returns are NOT applicable for any sale items.
