1. How do I place an order?

Simply sign in to your account (if you are new, register here), and browse through our collections under the SHOP tab. Upon seeing your desired piece, select your size and the quantity you need for each particular design. Once done, you will see your Shopping Cart is updated with the chosen product. You may browse around the website and add more orders onto the existing Shopping Cart, and once you’re happy with your selections, click CHECKOUT.

The other method for placing an order is via email (temporarily available). Browse through our collections, and email us with the format as per below:

2. How do I make the payment?

Once you have checked out with the products in your Shopping Cart, you will be directed to a page, enabling you to choose which method of payment you’d prefer. At the moment, we only accept payment via:

a) Direct Bank Transfer (ATM & CDM)

b) Online Banking (any bank)

c) Paypal

Once placing an order with us, we will confirm with you within 24 hours. You will be receiving an email notification regarding our account number for the payment. Payment must be made in 24 hours time to avoid any order cancellation.

 Purchases via website:

Send your proof of payment to payment@shearasol.com complete with your order ID.

Purchases via email:

Send your proof of payment to the same email thread as your order email.

3. When will I receive my order?

4. What should I do if the product I received is faulty or incorrect?

You may email us at support@shearasol.com (with the subject SR: Faulty/Incorrect Item) your ID number and image proof of the faulty item and we’ll process your issue within 24 hours.

5. Do you accept COD orders?

We’re very sorry, at the moment we don’t do COD.

6. How about self-pickup?

Actually, we do! Notify us at support@shearasol.com that you would like to pick your purchases up from our office showroom in Bangi Sentral. We will then provide you our address and you may come between 11am – 6pm (Mondays – Fridays). This method is available only once payment has been successfully cleared.
